The 61st Running of the Hoosier Hundred race will help raise funds for Shriners Hospitals for Children – Cincinnati. The May 22nd event will help provide pediatric specialty care to kids through proceeds raised from a 50/50 split the pot and donations made by race patrons to the hospital’s text-to-give campaign. The text-to-give number and the mission of the hospital will be promoted throughout the venue. Cincinnati Shriners Hospital patients will be on-hand to escort drivers to their race cars, as well as participate in the day’s events along with their families, hospital staff and Shriners to raise awareness of the hospital’s life-saving work.
The event takes place at the Indiana State Fairgrounds starting at 3 PM with a display of vintage cars, followed by qualifiers at 6 PM and the main event at 7 PM. Advance tickets are $25 for adults and $10 for children 12 and under. Race-day tickets will sell for $30 for adults. Tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster.
