Salem, Indiana (December 1, 2021) – Champion Racing Association Powered by JEGS officials have released the schedule of events and the entry forms for the Super Late Model and Pro Late Model events with SpeedFest 2022 at Crisp Motorsports Park – Home of Watermelon Capital Speedway located in Cordele, Georgia. For over ten years SpeedFest has been a long-standing and highly anticipated event, which was not held last year due to the pandemic. For 2022, Track Enterprises will lead the way in making sure that SpeedFest retains its prominence and is well attended by drivers, fans and different series on Friday, January 28th and Saturday, January 29th, with Sunday, January 30th as the event’s rain date.
SpeedFest will have a new look in 2022 with the ARCA/CRA Super Series Powered by JEGS and the Southern Super Series Presented by Sunoco Race Fuel co-sanctioning a special non-points 100 lap Super Late Model event. There will be a JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour Presented by Chevrolet Performance special non-points 100 lap Pro Late Model event. New for SpeedFest 2022 the Midwest Modifieds and Modifieds of Mayhem Tour will have a special 50 lap non-points Challenge event and Van Hoy Oil CRA Street Stocks will have a special 75 lap non-points event.
Friday’s schedule will consist of practice and qualifying, with all features being run on Saturday. Racing America, powered by Speed51.TV, will lead the exposure plans for the event with extended pre-event promotion, celebrity participation and extensive live content.
