MACON, Ill. – Macon Speedway co-owner Ken Schrader likes to keep his hands on the wheel, whether it’s driving his ARCA stock car, a dirt modified or even a USAC open-wheeler. Recently, Schrader hopped into a vintage midget for a ride that took him back a few decades.

Schrader will race in the USAC Silver Crown race at Lucas Oil Raceway on July 24, the night before he drives in the SCOTT Get Geared Up 200 at LOR. NASCAR superstar Kyle Busch and NASCAR driver David Ragan will also race in the 100-lap CRA Super Series race in the ARCA doubleheader.

Here’s the link to the vintage midget ride, including some video.
